Evergrowkids LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Only individuals who own copyright or their authorized representatives may submit notices regarding infringement.
Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact provided below.
A valid notice must include the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information for the notifier;
4. A good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Users who believe their content has been mistakenly removed may submit a counter-notice that includes their contact details, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. Upon receipt, we will assess the counter-notice and may restore the content if deemed appropriate.
Evergrowkids LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.
