These terms govern every purchase made on Velvera Register. Placing an order means you accept them.
The seller
The seller is Velvera Register, an independent shop at Shop no.2, mandir compound, New Aatish Market, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India, reachable on +91 94140 71279 and hello@velveraregister.shop.
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Where a product carries a maker’s name, that name belongs to its owner and is used only to describe what is being sold. No endorsement or affiliation is claimed or implied.
Placing an order
To order you need to be at least eighteen and give an Indian delivery address.
Listings and pricing
Listings aim to be exact. That said, photography and screen calibration mean colour is never a perfect match.
Prices can be revised at any time. The figure confirmed at checkout is what governs your order.
Clear pricing mistakes do not create a binding sale. We will contact you, and refund in full if the order cannot stand.
How an order is confirmed
Your order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we accept it by dispatching the goods.
Money, dispatch and returns

Turnover here is below the level at which GST registration is required; GST is therefore not charged on any order.
Using this website
Ordinary shopping use is welcome. The following is not:
- Take copy or images from these pages for use on other sites
- Use the checkout to place orders in bad faith
- Run automated scrapers, bots or load tests against the site
- Try to break into accounts, administrative areas or the server itself

Copyright in the site’s own material rests with Velvera Register. Brand assets shown on listings are the property of the brands concerned.
Limits on liability
Where something goes wrong, our liability does not exceed the value of the order concerned. Indirect losses fall outside it.
These limits do not affect rights you hold under Indian consumer law, which cannot be contracted away.
Circumstances beyond us
We are not responsible for delays arising from floods, strikes, transport shutdowns or similar events. Where such a delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel for a full refund.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Amendments
Any amendment appears on this page and applies to orders placed after it is published.
Availability
Listings reflect stock at the time of publishing. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we tell you and offer either a refund or a wait, whichever you prefer.
Large orders
Retail quantities are what this shop is set up for. Very large orders may be capped or declined; if you need volume, write to hello@velveraregister.shop and we will quote separately.
Reviews and feedback
Any review you post must be genuine and your own. Negative reviews stay up; abusive or fake ones do not.

Severability
Should any part of these terms be held invalid, the balance remains in force.
Scope of the agreement
Together with the linked policy pages, these terms are the entire agreement between the parties for any purchase made here.
A concession made once is not a permanent waiver of the term concerned.
Change of ownership
You cannot transfer your rights under an order to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer ours if the business changes hands, but your order is fulfilled on the same terms either way.
Language and interpretation
Where a heading and the text beneath it appear to differ, the text prevails.
