Payment Policy

This page is the reference for how payment works at Velvera Register — the two methods available, when the amount leaves your hands, and how a refund travels back.

What we accept

UPI. Pay from your own bank account through any UPI application. The transfer is instant, and the confirmation it generates is what releases your order for packing.

Cash on Delivery. If you would rather see the parcel first, choose COD and hand the amount to the delivery agent at your door. Exact change makes the handover quicker.

What you are charged

Every price on the shop is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is the amount you pay — there is no separate charge added at the end other than delivery, which is shown before you confirm.

GST does not apply to purchases here. The shop trades below the registration threshold, so there is no tax component in the price and no GST invoice to claim.

Timing of the charge

UPI debits your account immediately on approval. COD takes nothing at all until the delivery agent is standing at your door with the parcel.

Should money leave your account without an order being created, write to hello@velveraregister.shop with the UPI reference. Such transfers are auto-reversed by the bank; we will confirm from our side in the meantime.

How refunds are paid

The rule is simple: the refund goes back to the source. UPI to the same account, COD by bank transfer to details you provide. Processing takes 7 business days once the refund is approved.

Keeping your payment safe

Velvera Register never sees or stores your banking credentials. A UPI transfer is authorised inside your own app, on your own device, with your own PIN — nothing sensitive passes through this website.

Be wary of calls asking you to approve a request or share an OTP to release a refund. That is not how refunds work here. Report such calls to +91 94140 71279.

What you receive

You receive written confirmation with the order number, the items and the total. Keep it; returns and tracking both need that number.

No convenience fee applies to either payment route. What the checkout page shows is final.
